Returns

All our products are checked for manufacturing quality and are only sent to customers if they are free from defects. As we are only human and we do not use the products to test them we can only make a decision to send products we believe are of the highest quality.

Creative Splendour will only pay for approved returns on defective /damaged New items that have not had their packages opened or used as well as the original invoice shipping cost of the returned item/s only.

Therefore, all items for return must be still New, unopened and unused.

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind items.

If, however we have sent you a product that is damaged, defective or incorrect you will need to notify us within 30 days from the date of your order invoice. After 30 days the products in question are not eligible for return or refund.

All returns require prior authorization via a Returns Authorization Number issued once the return has been approved. You can apply for a Return Authorization Number  by filling in the form available HERE

 

Conditions of Return:

If your returns request has been approved you will be notified and issued with a Return Authorization Number.

The whole return process is the sole responsibility of the customer, including packaging and all shipping costs including insurance.

Once we receive the returned item/s we will conduct an inspection before making a decision to approve or decline a refund based on our findings.

Approved Returns are refunded back to the original payment account within  7 days of being approved. You will be notified of by us as well as your financial institution to confirming the refund.
